position : Member – Six Sigma Team



No’s : 2 positions



Education : BE [Mech] or BE any stream



Certification : Black Belt – Six Sigma.



Experience : Total 6 years +/- little, out of which 2 to 4 years in Six

Sigma.Manufacturing background [Preferably engineering – but not mandatory].



Location : PUNE

The Company in question is an MNC - a JV with US Giant - into Designing of Automotive Seating & Interior Systems - ranked 87th in 1st 500 fortune Co's - strong presence in the Asia pacific region - having resource base in 9 Countries - poised for a substantial growth.



Pre-requisites:

Ø Good statistical knowledge.

Ø Well conversant with system improvement tool like Six Sigma, ISO, Kanban, TQM, JIT, 5S etc.

Ø Responsible for improving Product Quality and meeting Customer Satisfaction through Six Sigma Methodology.

Ø Achieving Management goals by applying various Six Sigma tools.

Ø Conducting Quality Circles highlight current problems and their counter measure.

Ø Implementation of Control Charts.

Ø Implementation of ISO systems and controlling of documents.

Ø Ensure proper documentation of all manufacturing process specifications and compliance to the same.

Ø Perform audits of various departments as an Internal Auditor.

Ø Preparation of Non conformance reports and their corrective actions implementation.

Ø Responsible for preparing Control Plans, Process Flow Charts, Job Instruction.
