1. Technical Recruiters
Education Qualification: MBA / MCA / BCA/Graduate

Experience:
• With substantial Recruitment, HR Consulting, Staffing or Payroll consulting experience.

• Preferably from Recruitment Agencies, Software Companies background.
• Should be professional Head-Hunter with web based marketing tools, networking and alliances strategist.
• Must have experience in US Recruitment system

2. Business Development Managers (Recruitment Services)

Education Qualification: MBA/MCA/Graduate

Experience:

• With substantial experience in Marketing, Sales and Advertisement.
• Go-Getter and proven track record in past.
• Software marketing background will be preferred.


The likely candidate should possess:
• Excellent communication Skills
• Minimum 1-5 year experience for both positions
• Willing to work according to US West Coast timings (Night Shifts)
