Roles and Responsibilites. Senior Software Engineers oversee a technology team in delivering an aspect of the project

architecture. Key responsibilities include creating prototypes, integrating systems, site architecture management,

implementing end-to-end solutions, managing a team and partnering with client teams. Senior Engineers must have

creativity and innovation, the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and

evaluation techniques and proven leadership skills. Looking for a self-starter willing to tackle new and challenging

problems. Desire to grow intellectually. Excellent problem solving and team building skills a must.

Skills and Job Requirements

Candidate should be competent in executing webMethods B2B and EAI projects and would require to have knowledge

on EDI, XML and other industry standards like ebXML, RosettaNet.

The candidate should possess excellent communication skill and should be ready to go the extra mile to ensure

smooth working. Any prior experience in client interaction is an added advantage.
Should be an excellent Team player.
