Currently Icicle has the following requirements:

1) Project Coordinator / Manager - Java, J2EE, 4- 6 Yrs, Banking and Financial Markets

Project Coordinator / Manager : 3

Responsibilities:

As Technical Analyst

- Technical evaluation & recommendation is the primary responsibility

- Identifying suitable vendors

- Evaluating & recommending solutions technically, based on the Clients Internal Standards Standards

- Preparing Technical Ranking / Score-sheets for given solutions

- Understanding the Client's Standards & their importance

- Knowledge gathering of the latest technical happenings on a given solution areas

- Interacting with vendors for technical evaluation

- Coordinating with IT Security Team for Client's Standards Compliance

As Project Manager

- Project execution is the primary responsibility

- Preparing Project plans

- Coordinating with multiple departments & Vendor for project execution

- Coordinating for Functional Specifications Finalization (not Business Requirements)

- Arranging required hardware & software for Application Deployment at Client's Premises

- Coordinating for Application Deployment

- Coordinating for SIT & UAT

- Coordinating for IT Security Guidelines compliance

- Application & other resources Handover.

Other Skills required:

- Very good knowledge of J2EE, EJB, and various Java frameworks.

- Very good knowledge of WebSphere & other web servers.

- Very good knowledge of Oracle (including Database Fine Tuning Methods)

- Experience in Project Management (in areas like estimation, planning, documentation etc.,)

- Good communication skills verbal & written

- Good coordination for tasks execution

- Work experience on UNIX is an advantage.

2) JavaJ2EE, 2- 3 Yrs, Financial Markets - Team Member, Team Leader

Team Leader: 2

Experience: 2-3 years

Qualifications: B.E; MCA, or any Science Stream

Technologies: Java/J2EE, Servlets, Struts, EJB

Application Servers: Tomcat, Websphere, Weblogic, Jrun

Database: Oracle, SQL Server

Requirements:

The candidate should have worked with Java technologies in atleast two projects. Should be able to communicate well and understand the domain properly. Work experience in financial domain is preferred.

Team Members: 4

Experience: 1 - 2 years

Qualifications: B.E; MCA, or any Science Stream

Technologies: Java/J2EE, Servlets, Struts, EJB

Application Servers: Tomcat, Websphere, Weblogic, Jrun

Database: Oracle, SQL Server

Requirements:

The candidate should have worked with Java technologies. Should be able to communicate well.

3) User Interface Designer / Web Front End / Web Designer or Developer, 1- 2 Yrs,

Team Member: 2

Experience: 1 - 2 years

Qualifications: any

Technologies: HTML/DHTML/CSS/JavaScript/Java

Tools: DreamWeaver, Photoshop, Flash

4) Web Developer / Web Front End / Developer, 1- 4 Yrs,

Experience: 2-4 years

Technologies: HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java/JSP/ASP/PHP and knowledge of any one OOPs programming Language

Tools: DreamWeaver, any Content Management System

Database: SQL Server, Oracle

Requirements:

The candidate should have leaded the team with in at least two projects related to WebSite / Portal. Should be able to communicate well and understand the domain properly. Expertise on scripting languages like JavaScript and JSP/PHP/ASP with Good Database knowledge
