Our esteemed MNC Client is looking for a GLOBAL HEAD - QUALITY AND ASSURANCE. This position will be based in either at CHENNAI or NOIDA.

Qualification

Post Graduate Degree in Management preferably with an Engineering Background or equivalent from a reputed/premium institution.

Ideal Experience

The Ideal Candidate should possess the following professional experiences and Characteristics:

- Should possess a minimum of 14+ yrs of total experience and the last 6 - 8 years must be in a Quality function in a Multinational or a large well reputed Indian Corporate.
- Should Possesses cutting edge knowledge & skills in Quality and Risk Management.
- Possess skills to work with culturally diverse people on a global basis.
- should have the ability to drive Quality initiatives across domains in a multi unit environment.
- Candidate should have sufficient stature and reputation (“clout and gravitas”) to enable them to get things done without frequent recourse to higher authority.
- She/he should be able to deal sympathetically, but effectively, with people.

Key Responsibilities

- The Consultant would be responsible for leading a team for identifying, designing, developing & implementing Strategic Quality and Risk Management, Initiatives that supports the quality and business assurance framework across all functions across all the Delivery centres.
- The Consultant would have the overall responsibility of benchmarking best practices across the IT sector and translate the same to be in sync with Client's quality framework.
- The Consultant would be responsible for enhancing the Quality culture in the Organisation.
- Consultant would actively develop processes and procedures to ensure improvements in the delivery performance and
capabilities and guide SEPG.
- The Consultant would focus would focus on instituting delivery governance processes to ensure that there are no project delivery delays or surprises.
- The Consultant would be a full member of Management Team and would contribute to strategic direction setting as well as
reporting of the status of the Business management System - i.e., Information Security, Risk and Business Mitigation,
Customer Feedback etc.
