Role:
The job involves handling the senior level escalations from the enterprise level, fortune 100 users of the products of our client. You would be the one point contact for the IT team of our customers. The job entails a lot of R & D work. You would be involved in remote support as well as simulation process in course of your job.

We are looking for a Unix administrator (SCO / HP / AIX / Solaris) with knowledge in Networking and Oracle.

Experience - Over 5 years.
Skills sets :
Strong Networking background with Unix/Linux/Solaris administration

Network Troubleshooting experience
Strong on Oracle Database Administration
Knowledge on Routing
Knowledge on TCP / IP and other products
Good knowledge on Backup Activities.
Excellent Communication skills
Currently the job is only in the day shifts. Also we are looking for someone with a valid passport as they have to fly to UK for 2-3 weeks for training. Because of this, we are looking for someone who can join us in 7 to 10 days.

Red Hat Linux - Technical support Engineer.

Role:
You will interface with US-based customers, provide remote Technical support to products & applications and resolve product related issues through research and trouble-shooting. An Engineer, you should be a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, problem-solving and trouble shooting skills. Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation, and commitment to customer delight are a must.
Requirements:

. Strong Networking background with Linux and Windows Administration
. Network Troubleshooting experience
. Knowledge on Routing
. Knowledge on TCP / IP and other products
. Excellent Communication skills
. Linux - installation/configuration of services like web, mail servers etc.
. Experience in Software testing.

Preferred:

SAN

Hardware systems including RAID etc.
Detailed Job/requirement description:
-To provide an end-to-end technical support for client product users.
-To be up to date on various versions of client products.
-To have in depth knowledge in networking concepts.
-To update the Siebel database on the Service Requests
-To test various products of client as and when required.

Skill set required:
1. Linux Administrator( SAN, SUSE, Mandrake )
2.Applications: Apache, Bind, Qmail, Samba, Sendmail, OpenSSH, PAM,Tripwire, Xinetd/inetd, Sudo, IP Chains, Apache Jserv, Chillisoft.
Years of experience: 3+ years of experience as System/ Network administrator
